Saturday, October 7th, the jr. high cross country team traveled to Lewisburg for the middle school classic. Despite the rain and mud, your Mustangs ran well on a 3k course. The girls team came home with 3 medals (and the 8th grade boys brought home 2.) Out of 160 runners, all 5 the members of our jr. high girls team finished in the top 100. Evelyn Weiser came in14th with a time of 12:55, Aubrey Hoover finished 16th with a time of 12:59, and Julia Boop finished 19th with a time of 13:02. The girls team finished 7th out of 13 teams. Congratulations to all of our runners. They will be back in action Tuesday as they travel to Loyalsock for the final league meet of the season.
