Attention Juniors and Seniors
Midd-West High School Parking Pass Applications are available for pick up in the high school office beginning July 10. The form is also available online under Parent Forms/Documents or Student Forms/Documents. Office hours are Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays. Parking Tags will be available for pick up beginning the week of August 7th.
Please submit your application along with $2.00. In addition, please have your license (for verification) with you when you submit your application to Mrs. Kratzer in the main office. If you have any questions, please call 570-837-0046, extension 2003. Thank you!
