Students of the Month
The 8th grade Student of the Month for November is Kimberlyn Smith. She is the daughter of Jessica Yost of McClure and Joshua Smith of Beaver Springs. Kimberlyn was chosen as Student of the Month because she participates well in class and is willing to help other students. Her school activities include Band, Choir, Theatre, and Enrichment. Outside of school, she enjoys crocheting, writing, and relaxing. In the future, Kimberlyn plans to go to college for Pediatric Nursing.
Katelyn Knouse is the 9th grade Student of the Month for November. She is the daughter of Dan and Kathi Knouse of Beavertown. In school, Katelyn participates in Chorus and Vocal Collective. In her free time, she enjoys art, singing, writing, tutoring, babysitting, and spending time with friends and family. After graduation, Katelyn plans to attend college and pursue a career in teaching. Katelyn was selected as Student of the Month because she is a hard-working student and is involved in Chorus and other clubs.
The 10th grade Student of the Month for November is Noah Wert. He is the son of Adam and Elise Wert of Beaver Springs. Noah was selected as the Student of the Month because he is a conscientious student who regularly participates in class discussions and tackles challenges with a positive attitude. In school, Noah participates in Baseball. Outside of school, he enjoys playing travel baseball and doing anything outdoor related. After graduation, Noah is planning to enter the work force.
Jasher Wolf is the 11th grade Student of the Month for November. He is the son of Christopher and Stephanie Wolf of Middleburg. Jasher is a member of the National Honor Society and participates in FFA, Football, and Track and Field in school. He enjoys hunting, fishing, lifting weights, going to Youth Group, and hanging out with his friends. In the future, Jasher is planning to attend college to become a teacher. Jasher was chosen as Student of the Month because he is a well-rounded and involved student who is a leader in and out of the classroom, always has a smile on his face, and a positive attitude that is uplifting to his peers.
The 12th grade Student of the Month for November is Mckennin Voss. She is the daughter of Peter and Christa Voss of Beaver Springs. Mckennin was chosen as Student of the Month because she is an honor roll student who has a strong work ethic combined with a pleasant demeanor. She is polite, respectful, and empathetic. Mckennin’s school activities include Softball, Basketball, DECA, and Class Congress. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, shopping, and hanging out with friends and family. After graduation, Mckennin is planning to further her education by attending college to major in Business.
