Transportation Change Request

********ATTENTION PARENTS********



Transportation Change Request forms are due no later than 7/26/19. Please obtain this form from either our website, any of the buildings, or the District Office. We are hoping to post the bus assignments in the Sapphire Portal this year versus mailing post cards. A notification will be sent out via One Call and the District website. Any changes received after 7/26/19 will not be guaranteed for the first day of school. Any questions, please email the transportation secretary at or call 837-0046 Ext. 1501.
