Students may take up to three educational trips in one school year. However, they may only request a total of five total days in one school year. Students can obtain a form from the office or print one at home from the district website (or by clicking the EFT link below). The student or parent should be sure to list educational activities on the front of the form. After the front of the form is filled out, the student should submit it to the office for approval. This must be done at least three days before the first day of the trip. Once the form is approved, it is the responsibility of the student to be sure to get signatures and collect work for the day(s) of their trip. If your child is going on an educational trip, a form must be submitted and approved in advance. Sending in a note or a form after the trip has been taken will result in those days being coded as unlawful.
