On August 7, 2018, the Midd-West School District Administration toured, Kreamer Feed, one of the many great companies in our area. We annually tour an area business not only learn what they do in the facility and what great products they produce, but also to learn how the Midd-West School District can better prepare our students to work in such fields.
Kreamer Feed is a large manufacturer of feeds for poultry, goats, and other specialty farm animals. Kreamer Feed has a distribution in all 48 lower states of the United States of America. It currently employs roughly 127 area residents. We were suprised to learn just how specialized and technical many aspects of the feed business can be. Despite the competition from across the nation, Kreamer Feed has carved out a great market for themselves. In particular, their organic feeds have become a staple at Tractor Supply where they have been recognized multiple times for their outstaniding service as a company.
The Midd-West School District would like to thank Kreamer Feeds for the tour and the information they shared with us about their company. Especially, we would like to thank our guides Jen Arbogast and Dan Osgood for their taking time from their busy day to enlighted us.
