• The boys soccer team defeated Loyalsock 4-0 to earn a trip to the District IV finals on Saturday evening at 6:00 at Danville.  The win also secures a first round PIAA state game next week.  Chase Strohecker got the first goal on a great shot that curled into the upper right corner, giving the Mustangs a 1-0 lead at the half.  The second half, the Mustangs controlled the play and earned 3 more goals.  Carter Knepp scored on a cross that deflected off a defender and then again on a beautiful free kick 25 yds out.  Stefan Leitzel rounded out the scoring with another free kick bomb about 40 yds out.  Congratulstions boys and keep it going!

  • Boys Soccer will play Lewisburg on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 6:00 PM at Danville HS. 

    Football will play at Selinsgrove on Friday, Nov. 1st at 7:00 PM in the first round of District IV play-offs.

  • Under the Lights

    On October 16th the Midd-West girls soccer team will host the Red Tornadoes of Mt. Carmel.  At approximately 6:45 PM (at the end of the JV game), we will be having a field celebration to recognize those individuals who had the vision for the stadium back in 1980 and the current board members and stakeholders of the brand new field.  Come out and join us in the celebration!

  • The MW boys soccer team opened up the season on the newly renovated turf complex on Sept. 19th against Warrior Run.  The Mustangs were victorious, edging the Defenders 2-1.  The girls soccer team opened their season on the turf on Saturday, Sept. 21st with a hard fought victory over Warrior Run, 1-0.  The field hockey team will have their first go on the turf on Sept. 26th.

  • On Saturday, September 7th, the Midd-West boys soccer teams won their own tournament by defeating Jersey Shore 3-0 and Benton 2-0 in the varsity games.  Chase Strohecker received the player of the day for Midd-West.  The JV team beat Jersey Shore 3-2 to take home the JV title.

  • 2019-20 Physical Packet

    Any 6-11th grade students who are interested in participating in a winter sport, need to sign up and get a physical packet.  All  7th graders can pick up a packet in the middle school office for basketball or wrestling.  All 8-11th grade students can see Mrs. Solomon at the high school in Room 309 for a packet.  Packets are also available on the website.
