Any 6-11th grade students who are interested in participating in a fall sport, need to sign up and get a physical packet. All 6th and 7th graders can pick up a packet in the middle school office for football, cross country or softball in the fall. All 8-11th grade students can see Mrs. Solomon at the high school in Room 309 for a packet. Packets are also available on the website.
If you are interested in participating in a winter or spring sport only and did not already get a packet for a fall sport and you want to get your physical at the school this summer, you will also need a packet from one of the places mentioned above. We will ONLY be offering athletic physicals at the high school on July 9th and 30th, there will NOT be any dates later in the school year. You are still permitted to get a physical at your own doctor, as long as it is dated after June 1. 2019.
