Due to the uncertainty of the times, the Midd-West School District will be combining K camp and Kindergarten registration and scheduling them for later in the summer in hopes that we can gather in larger groups by then.
We are tentatively looking at holding K Camp the weeks July 27 – 30 for Middleburg Elementary and August 3 – 6 for West Snyder Elementary. >span class="eop"> If you will be away during your child’s school’s designated week, you may choose to have them attend K camp at the other school or just for a screening appointment. Please complete the survey for K Camp found on the elementary school websites or return the enclosed registration form.
We would like to try to collect some of the important paperwork in the interim. We have a few options to make that happen.
- Drop off your own copies: Beginning May 18th, there will be a bin outside the offices of West Snyder Elementary and Middleburg Elementary for you to drop off any completed paperwork that you have from the registration packet. If you have a student in school already, you can also drop off this paperwork during student material collection on May 26th and May 28th.
- Electronically: If you are able to take a picture of or scan your child’s birth certificate, your driver’s license, and your proof of residency and send them via email to one of the following that would be much appreciated:
- Need copies made: Please call the school office and speak with someone to set up a day and time. We would ask that if you choose to bring them into the office, that you follow CDC guidelines and wear a mask.
Please make sure to put your child’s name (first and last) in the subject line so we can easily identify who the documents belong to.
As things continue to change, please continue to check the Midd-West website for updates regarding K camp and kindergarten screening. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have.
