Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19 from 9:00am till 2:00pm, and continuing on Wednesday, May 20 from 9:00am-2:00pm and Thursday, 1:00-6:00pm we will have staff available to distribute and collect student materials at the MWMS. Items that should be returned are textbooks, school issued calculators, library books, and any other school materials such as sheet music, teacher classroom books, etc. We will NOT be collecting the student computers so please do not return them. We want the students to have access to their computers over the summer months and will be collecting the computers starting next school year. Also during this time, students that had packets mailed, should also start to return the completed packets so they can be checked and Connection Credit points awarded where earned. The deadline to return the packets is Friday May 22. The procedure for returning and picking up materials will be as follows: 6th grade parents will form a vehicle line in the front of the school as they enter from Dock Hill Road. The vehicles will line up along the curb and assistance will be provided by school staff. 7th grade parents will form a vehicle line in the back parking lot of the middle school (the same way as end of day parent pick-ups during the school year) and will be assisted by staff at the back of the school. This will ensure distribution of school staff that will be helping during this time as well as speed up the collection and distribution process. Please remain in your vehicles during the entire time as we still need to follow the CDC and PA Department of Health guidelines and cannot let visitors into the school.
